Citrique's seafood buffet was a total home run, just what I craved! The heated pool was a lifesaver for family fun, especially when the rains came down. Plus, the staff kept it spick and span, making us feel right at home.
The omelette service during breakfast needs some serious rethinking—waiting 20 minutes wasn't cool. A counter service setup would make it way more efficient and keep the buffet vibe alive.

A birthday to remember!
We spent 6 nights celebrating my daughter’s 2nd birthday. The staff were phenomenal! They surprised her with balloons, cake, and even ice cream during lunch. Our King room had an amazing view. The pools are incredible! Just wished the housekeeping was a bit more on top of things, as we only got our room serviced twice.

We had a lovely stay for 6 nights in a double room with mountain views. The spa treatments were relaxing, and we enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Only downside was the limited lunch options at the pool bar, but overall we had a fantastic time! 🌊

During our recent stay, we really enjoyed the heated pool which was perfect for family fun, especially when the weather turned rainy. The seafood buffet at Citrique was a standout, satisfying our cravings with a great variety of fresh options. While the omelette service during breakfast could use some efficiency improvements, the overall atmosphere and cleanliness of the facilities made our experience delightful.

This place was just a proper fit for a weekend outing in Surfers Paradise with attractive and competitive value for money. The pool was the best feature, and the staff at the pool bar were always friendly and quick with orders. For a better experience, try to avoid busier times when events are taking place at the hotel.

We had an amazing time exploring all the family activities, from snorkeling in the saltwater lagoons to participating in the culinary cooking classes. The kids loved the daily fish feeding, which was such a unique experience. The lagoon pool was perfect for our little ones as well.
My kids wished the in-room dining options were more kid-friendly and less expensive.
